Yellowstone's Absaroka Lodge is one of the newest buildings in the area. However, it is a replacement for the older structure. Dick and Irene, the owners, have been around here for what seems like eons! The site of the lodge was especially selected for its location on the banks of the Yellowstone River and its proximity to Yellowstone Park. The helpful and friendly staff will assist you in anything from an afternoon picnic to a splendid back country fishing or hunting trip on horseback. Adventurous White Water Rafting trips originate at the Lodge. The large lawn with park benches in the front of the Lodge is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of Yellowstone and listen to the mighty Yellowstone River. Bring your camera and capture some of the exclusive wildlife, numerous geysers (Like Old Faithful) that only Yellowstone has to offer! You will return to a clean comfortable room every night. All the Stores, Restaurants, Gift Shops and Lounges Are Only a Few Blocks from the Lodge. Gardiner Is Still a Small Wild West Town and Yellowstone's Absaroka Lodge Is Situated at its Center.
